Can Stephen Garcia Hold it Together for South Carolina this Fall?

The defending SEC East champs are favored by many to repeat in 2011. South Carolina returns 13 starters, including arguably the two top offensive talents in the SEC in sophomore running back Marcus Lattimore and junior wide receiver Alshon Jeffrey. The defense is led by towering defensive end Devin Taylor and the best defensive backfield in the SEC East.

Head coach Steve Spurrier loves manipulating quarterbacks, but he has his hands full with senior Stephen Garcia. Garcia's focus or lack thereof will determine the Gamecocks' ultimate fate.
