AUBURN ADDS 4-STAR IN-STATE DEFENSIVE BACK IN JONATHAN ROSE
Despite a strong push from Alabama Coach Nick Saban, Auburn secured a commitment Sunday night from CB Jonathan Rose (6-2, 170, 4.5) of Leeds, Ala.
Rose, a four-star prospect, has been a heavy lean to the Tigers for a long time. His summer camp at Auburn was his eighth visit to the Plains. But, then again, he has plenty of connections to Auburn.
His father, Charles Rose, was a defensive back at Auburn back who lettered for four years -- 1992-96 -- and was part of the Tigers' 1993 team that went 11-0.
